Frequently Asked Questions about importing cars from the EU

Unfortunately, the answer is no. The import of cars from the Schengen area did not affect the price of car imports.

The process of importing a vehicle includes finding the desired car, a thorough check of the car dealership and the vehicle, review of documentation, analysis of the contract, organization of vehicle transport and completion of paperwork in the Republic of Croatia.

The buyer has the opportunity to review all the relevant documents of the vehicle, and if he decides to buy, he signs a sales contract that ensures the condition of the vehicle and the accuracy of the data on the kilometers traveled.

The process of importing a car, from the signing of the contract to the delivery of the vehicle, usually takes 7 to 14 days, but can often be done faster. It is important to note that all vehicles are insured during transport and that the transport is not carried out “on wheels”, but we use auto transporters. In case the car is urgently needed, a different and/or faster transport can be arranged at your request.

Unfortunately, since we only import vehicles, we are unable to accept replacement or exchange for another vehicle.

We import vehicles exclusively from countries that we have been familiar with for many years and from markets that we have successfully researched. Among these countries, we prefer Germany, and we also import from Slovenia, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (France is also possible at the customer’s request).

Payment can be made in cash or through leasing. We are able to finance the vehicle for you and sell it to a selected leasing company of your choice so that you can use it.
